| 英文摘要 |
As the modem famous educators, Lei Peihong and Lu Zuofu actively explored the indigenization of education management mode in running educational institutions, and accumulated rich management experience and formed unique management styles. They highlighted three elements of education indigenization-the international view, the spirit of the age, and the local consciousness. Their management features promoted the regional education modernization and social progress that included reflecting the personality charm, building rules and regulations, and attaching importance to talents, paying attention to research. Their management innovation is the concentrated reflection of educators running educational institutions, and the core connotation of running educational institutions in indigenization. They provided the experience for reference to the current reform of education.
