中文摘要 本文旨在析述教育專業發展的潛在危機與理想藍圖,首先論述教育專業發展所面臨的三大危機,包括:一、專業標準不清,專業課程、教材教法與評量待檢討;二、移植複製、官僚、形式、本位與人情等風氣待省思;三、行動智慧與授能不足,專業發展歷程及績效待檢核。其次,針對教育專業發展面臨的三大潛在危機,提出教育專業發展的理想藍圖,主要包括:一、立基正向心靈、行動智慧、增能、創意策略等理論;二、以培養專業自我、專業承諾與教育行動智慧為鵠的;三、專業合理及多元彈性的課程方案規劃、執行及評估;四、推展行動研究,以多元策略及模式,創建專業文化;五、善用以問題為本的學習,解決問題、提高學習效能;六、落實推展專業學習社群,強化輔 導團及學習共同體之運作機制與功能;七、發揮授能者角色功能,有效啟能、催化促進與激勵;八,強化全品質績效管理系統,建構專業發展配套措施。最後,提出本文之結論。
英文摘要 This article aims to analyze the hidden crises and ideal blueprint of the professional development in education. Three major crises were recognized, including: first, the professional standard is unclear; Curriculum, teaching materials, methods and assessment needed to be reviewed; second, foreign copies, bureaucratic atmosphere, and social values needed to be reflected; third, action for wisdom and empowerment are inadequate. The process of professional development needs more examination. To deal with the above crises, several points are proposed to form the ideal blueprint of the professional development in education. Firstly, solid and firm theoretical foundation should be built based on positive mind and spirit, wisdom for action, empowerment, and creative strategies. Secondly, the goals are to cultivate the professional self, professional commitment, and educational wisdom for action. Thirdly, the curriculum program planning, implementation and evaluation should be diversified and elastic. Fourthly, promote action research and develop professional culture. Fifthly, the problem-based learning can be applied to solve problems and improve learning effectiveness. Sixthly, promote the professional learning community and strengthen the mechanism and function of the community. Seventhly, the role of the empowering should be entrusted and facilitated. Lastly, counter measures of professional development should be constructed to enhance the total quality of the educational management system.
