中文摘要 為強化現代公民核心能力,培育具備創新、跨領域能力的學生,使其在面對複雜多變的世界時,依然保有自我的判斷能力與人生價值。為達成此一目標,發展具備統整性及融貫性之相關課程及活動,更是最佳的途徑。本文詳述如何以「世界音樂與多元文化」通識課程為例,嘗試將公民核心素養與能力轉化成實際可行的能力指標,成為教師在課程規劃與檢視學習成效時的可靠依據。在傳統的教學方式之外,應更強化學習歷程中的互動關係,鼓勵思考並主動解決問題,以培育理論與實務兼具,積極參與公共事務的未來人才。
英文摘要 To achieve the objectives of strengthening modern citizens' core competence and cultivating students' innovative and cross-disciplinary capabilities in order for them to retain their own judgments and life values in the face of a complicated and volatile world, the best way is to develop integrative and all-encompassing curriculums and activities. This article describes in detail, by way of "World Music and Multiple Cultures" in general education as the case study, the attempt to turn core civic literacy and capability into practical competence indicators. These indicators will become a reliable reference for teachers to apply to their course planning and evaluation of learning effectiveness. In addition to the traditional teaching methods, they should reinforce the interaction during the process of learning, while encouraging thinking and active problem solving, so as to cultivate future talents that can put theory into practice and proactively participate in public affairs.
