随着教育技术的自动化、信息化，现代教育技术中心实验室管理部门作为电化教育设备的维护者和管理者，越来越突显其在辅助教学中的重要性。因此，建立科学、有序的管理模式能够为教学提供高质量的服务并且提高实验室管理人员的工作效率。本文从管理制度、培训模式、设备维护和建立沟通等若干方面讨论现代教育技术中心实验室管理新模式。

With automation and information of educational technology, the laboratory management department of modern educational technology center is more and more important in teaching-aid, which is the manager of audio-visual teaching facilities. A scientific and ordered management mode achieves improvement of service level for teaching and work efficiency of manager. Management mode, training mode, facilities maintenance and communicate are performed on laboratory management mode.
