| 英文摘要 |
This paper analyzes and elaborates on the experience of constructing“The Center for College English Teaching Research,”which is the experimental teaching reform team at GUET. The unique continuing experience of this innovative organization proves that College English teaching reform requires a substantial reform team to ensure its effective advancement. Finally, it recommends three proposals to better the construction and development of the reform team, which aims at providing reference for other universities while developing superlative College English teaching reform teams.
