中文摘要 本研究基於校長領導應兼顧「形而上」哲思的導引,以及「形而下」技術層面的思維脈絡為基礎,旨在探討學校行政專業化的內涵,以及如何在學校行政中有效實施專業化的運作機制為主要研究目的。為達成研究目的,以立意取樣選取研究對象,並採訪談方法進行研究,將所蒐集的資料與相關文獻對話,提出學校行政專業化彰顯在校長須以修己安人陶塑專業素養,以專業的學理與經驗建立共同價值與信念,以學生的教育需求為核心的面向上。而學校行政專業化的歷程程則強調,學校行政的運作歷程與價值重於看得見的結果,可調適學校行政科層化與專業化的衝突,且能兼具有宏觀願景與微觀內省實踐的校務經營管理。此外,校長陶塑學校行政專業化的「形而上」哲思,係以校長正確的教育理念與辦學理念為導引,將其本身的修為、態度、道德,以及追求個人自我實現的心理動機等「誠於中」的專業素養,透過學校行政的「形而下」的運作機制,以精進教師教學品質與學生學習成效,落實達成「教育人」的學校教育核心價值。
英文摘要 This research is rooted on the guidance that principal leadership should combine the philosophy of "metaphysics" with the fostering context of technical "physics" which incline to investigate the connation of the school administration professionalization and how to execute the professionalization mechanism as a main research purpose. To bottom on the purposive sampling to select for the research objects and utilize the interview method to proceed research in order to reach the research purpose. Prompting up the school administration professionalization to manifest of principals should self-discipline to shape individual professional disposition, and establish mutual standard and beliefs which respond to the perspectives of students' requirements. The process of school administration professionalization focuses on its operational course rather than the visible outcomes, moderating not merely the conflicts between school administration bureaucracy and professionalization but also posses macro-vision and micro-introspect school management. Moreover, principals' metaphysics philosophy which shaping the school administration professionalization, and directing by the accurate education ideology and educational philosophy by whose professionalism "prudence" such as behavior, attitude, moral, and pursue for self-realization which being mechanized by "physics" of school administration to advance teaching quality of teachers and learning performance of students and achieved the core value of "instructing " in school education.
