| 英文摘要 |
Communication is a key life skill for every child in 21st century and it influences every child’s success in school, making friends and future life. A recently research in England shows early intervention is essential for children and young people (0-19) with speech, language and communication needs, which is a key to tackle communication difficulties. Moreover, the report made recommendations to improve services for children and young people with speech, language and communication needs. The Government published an action plan to improve the special educational provision for children and young people with communication difficulties.
