Among the contemporary Chinese educators, Qian Liqun has formed a unique view of Chinese education owing to his deep academic foundation and abundantly practical experience. He advocates that Chinese education should focus on "Cultivation", and fully penetrate the humanity attainments into the Chinese teaching practice. Under the guidance of this core conception, Qian Liqun has gradually applied "Cultivation" to all aspects of Chinese education curriculum reform, creating a "base for the spirit" the purpose of the language, and "humanities and open" language materials, and "return to the classic" concept of teaching reading, "discovery and dialogue" teaching writing. Analysis and explore the Qian Liqun's concept of the meaning of Chinese education, and actively learn from his advanced Chinese education in the ideological outlook and results. This will lead to the promotion of Chinese education in the further development of a far-reaching impact.
