学生在班级建设中通过群体交往而实现发展的机制，不同于他们在各门学科中通过学习知识而获得发展的机制。辨析这种发展机制，不仅有利于确认班级建设的教育专业品质，更有利于师生在班级中开展更有效的教育活动。以“真实的发展问题”为切入点，可将学生在班级建设的发展机制辨析为“敞现－交流－辨析－生成”这四个环节；通过这一过程，不仅解决具体的发展问题，更让学生获得自主发展的意识和能力。

| 英文摘要 |
The students' developing mechanism in classroom community building (CCB) is different from that in knowledge learning. Differentiating that mechanism can not only help us recognize the educational professional character of CCB, but also help the teachers and students to promote more effective activities. Once taking “the real development problem” as an entry point, we can see that mechanism as a process of “uncover-exchange-differentiate-emerge”, which not only solve the concrete problem, but also acquire the consciousness and ability of self-development.
