中文摘要 本文應用Collins五級領導的理論,發展評量高中職校長領導行為的工具,並進行高中校長的領導行為分析。研究以365份問卷資料進行統計分析,抽樣誤差在95%的信心水準下,低於3%。研究者選定不同背景變項的校長(包括公私立別、性別、任職學校類型),進行五級領導行為的差異分析。研究結果發現:一、高中職校長的五級領導存在差異,其差異主要受到性別、年齡、年資、公私立與學校區域等不同變項之影響;二、第五級領導則需要年資之累積,方較能達到謙虛的個性與專業的堅持以成為永續、卓越的領導者。
英文摘要 In this article, we applied Collins, five level leadership idea to develop the questionnarire and to evaluate the leaderaship behaviors of upper secondary school principals. There are 365 valid samples used in statistic analyses and the sampling error in 95% confidence level is under 3% in this study. We selected different background principals to analyze their leadership behaviors, the variables including different public and private schools, gender, and types of schools. The results reveal: 1. The differences leadership behaviors exited in upper secondary school principals are caused by their gender, age, on job experiences in their position, shools are in public or private sector, and schools in different regions; 2. It needs to cumulate principals, on job experiences to foster their fifth level leaderhship, and then the principals with personal humility and professional will become the substantive and excellent leaders in their career.
