从20世纪70年代开始，随着认知心理学研究的迅速发展，外语教学领域研究的重点从研究教师的[教]转向了研究学生的[学]。研究者发现成功的外语学习者无论是在心理特征还是在学习方法和技巧上，都具备一些共同特点--使用相似的外语学习策略。由此，对外语学习者个体特征的研究很快发展成为语言学习策略的研究。本文综合介绍了学习策略的各种理论及其对策略的不同分类，分析了影响英语学习策略掌握的主要因素，重点介绍了英语教师如何训练学生使用适当的学习策略学习外语。

| 英文摘要 |
With the rapid development of cognitive phychology, the focus of the research of foreign language teaching has shifted from the teacher perspective to the student since 1970s. The researchers find that successful language learners use similar learning strategies in foreign and second language learning, which is attracting lots of discussion. This paper first introduces the theoretical principles and the taxonomy of language learning strategies, and analyzes the various factors influencing the strategies with an emphasis on the teacher's role in strategy training in class.
