年级社区是一个自我管理、自主发展的现代学校校本管理系统。在二级管理的模式下，通过推进年级社区建设，解决了学校两级管理运行机制带来的对基层班级建设指导上的断层以及研究学习上的断层现象，催生了年级社区建设的［三重变革］：通过［学校管理需求］的督导活动形成了［制度型组织］的年级组；通过［生态年级社区］的主题视导活动催生了［研究型组织］年级社区；通过［追求共同愿景］的视导活动推进了［生命型组织］的建构。

| 英文摘要 |
Grade community is a modern school-based management system of self-management and independent development. In the two grade management mode, the fault phenomena of basic construction of grade and research study have been resolved which derive from the two-grade management mechanism, and shape the ［triple changes］ of grade community’ construction: form ［institutional grades］ by ［the school managemental need］ supervision activities; set up research grade community by ［ecological grade community］ supervision activities; construct vital organization by ［pursue shared vision］ supervision activities.
