| 英文摘要 |
Considering characteristic of machine design, manufacture and automation specialty, a new teaching reforming project according to both market demand and learners’ needs was proposed, which benefits to cultivate innovative talents with strong adaptability. Practice for three years proved that the new talent-training plan was effective to encourage students to participate practical activities and foster students’ innovation ability.
