Actively exploring the new model and mechanism of the management of private college students' affairs is new project in the education sector. Through analysis of the characteristics of students’ affairs in private colleges and the management problems and challenges, reflecting traditional management style, at the same time the article puts forward a "student-oriented" management philosophy and the corresponding countermeasures.
