中文摘要 本研究旨在探討臺灣地區國民小學教師知覺校長家長式領導、學校知識管理與學校效能之關係,以校長家長式領導為自變項,以學校知識管理為中介變項,以學校效能為依變項,以臺灣地區公立國民小學教師為研究母群,以分層隨機抽樣方法獲取研究樣本,共抽取214所國民小學;1,090位教師為樣本;有效樣本為1,009位,有效回收率92.56%。本研究以結構方程模型檢定模式之間的關係。研究發現,在適配度指標評估之後,模式獲得支持,其意義如下:一、校長家長式領導對學校知識管理有正向顯著影響;二、校長家長式領導對學校效能有正向顯著影響;三、學校知識管理對學校效能有正向顯著影響;四、本研究證實影響學校效能的中介變項存在,即校長家長式領導會透過學校知識管理正向顯著影響學校效能。
英文摘要 The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between principal's paternalistic leadership, school knowledge management and school effectiveness in elementary school. It regarded principals' paternalistic leadership as independent variables, school knowledge management as intermediary variables, and school effectiveness as dependent variables. The researcher got the samples as the population from the teachers of the public elementary schools in Taiwan by stratified random which are 214 public elementary schools included and 1009 samples are effective among 1090 teachers and the rate of retrieve is 92.56%.The study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test model and use some index to test, and it found that the model was fitted better. The meaning of model was as followings: 1. Paternalistic leadership was positively significant on school knowledge management. 2. Paternalistic leadership was positively significant on school effectiveness. 3. School knowledge management was positively significant on school effectiveness. 4. The intermediary variables affected school effectiveness, further more, school knowledge management have a mediating effect on the relationship between paternalistic leadership and school effectiveness.
