中文摘要 本研究目的在透過微觀政治取向,探究近年來校長推動特色學校之課程領導的相關議題。本研究以文獻分析方法,主要探討特色學校的緣起及其推動的必要性。除了少子化的衝擊外,教育市場化以及教改思潮的推波助瀾,皆是使特色學校政策受到重視的原因。在推動特色學校的過程中,校長必然扮演關鍵的推手。校長如何盱衡學校組織情境,妥適地運用微觀政治領導取向,例如:轉化、互易、開放或封閉的領導作風,考驗著校長領導的權威和地位。最後,本研究指出,特色學校隱含著以績效導向的價值假定,恐不利於校長民主授權領導的作為。
英文摘要 Based on the micro-political approach, this article aims to explore how the principal exerts curriculum leadership in the featured school development. Employing the literature review analysis, this article explores the origin and necessity of featured school development. Both the impact of low birth rate and educational marketization are significant sources for initiating the featured school. During the implementing process of featured school development, the principal inevitably becomes the pivotal leader who should be sensitive to organizational situations and then use appropriate micropolitical leadership approach. Finally, this article proposes that the featured school development may be harmful to the use of democratic and empowering leadership owing to its assumption of accountability orientation.
