英文摘要 In recent years, because of many value conflict in the social transition period, and the traditional culture declines the influence, the phenomenon about teachers' being bullies often obviously, does not pass sentiment, and does not accommodated by law, the teachers' safeguarded of legitimate rights and interests worth studying [really]. Analyzes the value predicament and difficult in rights and interests safeguard in its background, encourages the resolution about this phenomenon, safeguards the education standard and even person's life and health and so on legitimate rights and interests should have righteousness.
