Cultivate the students' pioneering spirit and compentence. Let the students be the owners of the class and return classes and time to them. Let the students cooperate, communicate, probe and evaluate completely. Let the students find and solve problems by themselves. Fully respect the students' latent energe and main status. Leave the main class time to the students so as to make them have the chance to discuss with each other and make progress together. We advocate "Teachers should be good directors and students should be good actors." Don't regard the students as "audience". We should create a democratic and harmonious teaching atmosphere to get the result of bettering the classroom instruction and heightening the class efficiency.
