篇名 新手幼兒園園長專業培訓之研究

中文摘要 本研究旨在探討培訓新手幼兒園園長基本知識與技能之課程,亦即幼兒教育及照顧法所訂之幼托整合後幼兒園園長資格取得之園長專業培訓課程。本研究重點在園長專業培訓課程關鍵核心如課程結構內容、課程形式、以及授課師資等項目,結果將供未來開課單位實施之參考。研究過程由文獻整理、課程試辦、以及專家諮詢後,將園長專業培訓課程相關內容整理成問卷,以全國與幼兒教育和保育相關的行政人員、師培機構人員、現場工作者作為研究對象,調查其意見。故而資料蒐集主要採用課程試辦、專家諮詢以及問卷調查三種方式,共有69人參與諮詢討論以及共發放979份問卷。所得資料以統計套裝軟體進行分析,主要採用描述性統計及卡方檢定統計。 研究結果共有五點,1.園長培訓的課程架構分為四個領域共三十二個學習科目。2.爲確保園長專業課程之品質,政府應審查培訓單位並訂定成果標準。3.授課形式須以學員實作為主並運用實際案例進行學習。4.課程時數共計180小時於半年內分散式授課完成。5.園長培訓授課師資分為兩類,理論與實務須兼具。基於以上結論,本研究將提供四點建議,分別對教育部、師培機構、縣市政府提出四點建議。
英文摘要 This paper is to explore the content of training program for early childhood beginning directors. The training is mandated by early childhood education law to provide early childhood program directors the legal qualification . Questionnaires and focus group's interviews were used to collect data from 979 ece workers', center directors, government administrators, and teacher trainers. There are 5 main findings: 1. They supported leadership program to include 4 areas and 32 subjects. 2. The government needs to play a role to control the program quality. 3. Teachers and directors agreed 180 training hours can help an experienced teacher to survive in first director's year. 4. The program's pedagogical design includes multiple hands-on experiences , case study, and model study. 5. Appropriate instructors of the training program should be able to integrate theory and practices of the early childhood education. Four suggestions will help university to design a better training program for ece directors.
