| 英文摘要 |
This article analyzes the background for promoting the research of the [New Foundation Education], and elaborates how the math training has the further step to realize the development by leaps and bounds in terms of how to focus more resources and stronger motivation from three keys and treats that the research promotes. Moreover, this article also analyzes how the latecomers go on the way of transformative reform in aspects of the human and discipline development.
