The highest ideal of education is to achieve people’s comprehensive development. According to it’s aims, contents and ways, quality education carries out and deepens the thoughts of comprehensive development. Nowadays there exist some unfair phenomena in the field of education in China. It is only the promotion of education justice that carries forward quality education to carry out people’s comprehensive development.
