高校经管类专业双语教学是培养适应全球化浪潮下的国际经济新形势的复合型人才的需要。本文从实践的角度分析了经管类专业双语教学过程的教学目标制定、教材和教学手段选择，教师遴选以及学生考核问题。并对当前经管类专业双语教学实践中存在的问题进行了探讨。

Bilingual teaching is needed to train compound talent that adapt to the new world economic situation. Form the perspective of practice, the teaching objectives, teaching materials and teaching methods selection, teacher selection and student assessment, which distributed in the course of bilingual teaching on economic and management specialty were allayed. And the problems existed in current bilingual teaching on economic and management specialty was discussed.
