作为一个即将走入社会的大学毕业生，正面临着人生中最大或最重要的选择之一--职业选择。职业选择也是个人对将来人生道路和生存方式的选择。而近几年就业形势的严峻使得大学生就业难这个问题已引起了各级政府的高度重视和整个社会的密切关注，也成为大学校园中议论的中心话题之一。对没有社会经验的高校毕业生来说，配合他们求职的过程，从观念转变、职业生涯规划、语言技能、沟通技能、就业心理辅导等方面进行就业指导工作有很重要的意义。本文从转变观念、转换角色，职业生涯设计，简历的准备，面试四个方面指导大学生如何求职，目的在于促使大学毕业生主动转变就业观念、调整就业期望值、做好职业生涯规划、做好简历面试的准备，从而顺利就业。

| 英文摘要 |
Job-choosing is one of the most important choices as a college graduate. Because job-choosing is also choice on living way in future. To date, intensive job-obtaining situations lead to government and universities attached importance to it. As the college graduates, job-choosing is very important with sense of transformation, job-designing, language skill and communicating skill. The author indicated how to choose in transforming sense, transforming character, job-designing, preparing resume and employment test.
