20世纪90年代，互联网技术与应用在中国传播开来，网络的运用已经深入到政治、经济、文化各个领域。大学生由于对计算机接触较早，且技术水平相对较高，网络已经变成他们学习、生活的重要部分。独立学院由于其自身特点，决定了其学生的思想政治教育具有特殊性。本文针对独立学院学生的办学模式、学生思想特点，提出了加强独立学院网络思想政治教育的重要意义，并对独立学院网络思想政治教育的工作模式进行了初探。

In the 1990s, the use of network technology has been spread to China and the use of which has been gone into many fields including politics, economics and culture. College students use computers earlier and have advantages in network, thus network has become an important part of their lives. The independent schools have their specialties because of their features. The paper brings up the importance of strengthening ideological and political education of network environment school according a new school-running mode and Characteristics of students, and sets an exploration of working pattern on ideological and political education of network environment in the independent school.
