Pursuing the effectiveness of teachers’ training is the question which we must solve currently. Pay attention to the formation of every teacher’s teaching thoughts has great benefits to pursing the effectiveness of teachers’ training. The formation of every teacher’s teaching thoughts is the process between theory and practice. We should arrange the teachers’ training plan according to their formation of their teaching thoughts.
