随着教育事业的发展,教师专业化引起人们的广泛关注。教师专业水平的提高在我国一向受到重视,但教师教育的效果不尽人意。走专业化道路,使得教师从知识的传授和教育的普及的[操作工人]到突显教师的主体意识的充分觉醒,能够最大限度地使人获得自由和解放,从而使教师的主动创造的专业本质得以体现。教师为何要专业发展?从PCK的视野下探讨教师专业发展的动因:教师自身发展的需要;适应新课程教学的需要;培养创新型人才的目的的需要。

With the development of educational undertaking, teacher’s specialization causes people’s extensive concern. The improvement of teacher’s professional level is always paid attention to our country, but the result that the teacher educates is less than satisfactory. Take specialized road, make teacher from [operation worker] of popularization that teach and educate of knowledge to conspicuous subject sufficient awakening of consciousness of teacher, can make people obtain freedom and liberation, then reflect the professional essence of the teacher’s initiative creation. Why does the teacher want the speciality to develop? Probe into the reason of teacher’s professional development from the visual field of PCK: Need of teacher’s one’s own development; Meet the need of Teaching of new course; Train the need of innovation talents’ purpose.
