如何培养高素质的创新型复合人才是当前高等教育的中心任务。为适应当前市场对高校专业人才培养的需要，高校教学模式应突破传统的教学思路和方法，积极改革适应时代发展的教学模式和教学理念，文中主要论述了高校双语教学改革对人才培养的必要性，探索了适合我国国情的双语教学模式，提出了多元化双语教学是国内高校双语教学的最终模式。

How to cultivate creative comprehensive talents is the major task of current higher education. To adapt the demands of current market on university specialty talents, university teaching mode should break through the traditional teaching methods and ideas, and should reform modern teaching modes and ideas so as to keep up with time development. The necessity of talents cultivation of university bilingual reformation was mainly illustrated, and the bilingual teaching mode that is suitable to national state was explored. Finally, the pluralism bilingual teaching mode is estimated to be the final university bilingual teaching mode.
