| 英文摘要 |
This paper aims at the discussion of the child care related policies on the bases of ecological model of child welfare. It starts with a delineation of the ecological model to lay the foundation of the emphasized child care system as a key to the meso-system of child developments. The child care practice both in institutions and at home is descried and followed by a comparison of these two types of services. It is found that family day care is costly but satisfied parents’ needs better for young children. After introduce the six major policies related to child care, this author analyzes the developments of child care policies and some suggestions are offered in the end.
