教学就是一门艺术，一堂课就是一台戏。如何把这台戏演好，需要每一个参与者的积极投入。课堂的时间十分宝贵，而教师犹如导演者，要在课堂上完成传授知识、复习巩固、灵活运用这一系列教学任务，应尽可能使每个学生得到高效率的听讲和认知过程。针对一堂课而言，如何激发学生的学习兴趣，追求学生动态的热情的参与，最大限度的激发学生自主学习、合作探究的主动性、积极性，并使之学有所获，是我们为师者近期、远期的目标。

| 英文摘要 |
Teaching is a kind of art, and a class is a play. How to make it wonderful depends on the everybody's full participation. Class time is very precious for teachers who act as a director in the play to pass on knowledge, review lessons and encourage students to apply in a flexible way while try to make them have a high efficient learning and cognition. Teachers' aim of short and long term is to stimulate students' learning interest and enthusiasm, to foster their learning autonomy and learning motivation extensively during the class, and manage to make students to get benefits from this process.
