高校图书馆是高校提供社会服务的机构之一。本文在论述高校图书馆面向社会服务必要性与重要意义的基础上，以杭州市的高校为例，分析在杭高校图书馆面向社会服务过程中存在的主要问题，并提出解决的对策，为各高校的图书馆科学地服务社会提供参考。

Academic Libraries is one of the departments which provide social service in universities. On the basis of discussing the necessities and importanc of academic libraries’ social services, this paper taking the universities in HangZhou city for example, points out the main problems existing in these universities’ social service, then recommends some solutions, and gives some references at last.
