In order to enhance the value of the festival tourism, the paper study its values constitute. Analyses of selected indicators include economic, social cultural, environment, political 5-level indicators and tourism consumption, investment, employment indicators and so on 2 indicators. Be concluded that festival tourism’s social values and economic value are equally important, the function of enhance the regional image and reputation is the most important social value orientation, investment, tourism related income is the main manifestation of the economic value and, etc.
