和谐教育是和谐社会的必然要求，民办高职教育是国民教育的重要组成部分，因此探索民办高职院校和谐教育之路显得十分迫切。本文结合福建地区经济和教育状况，分析了构建福建民办高职院校和谐教育的必要性，并在总结当前福建民办高职教育存在的不和谐因素基础上，提出构建福建民办高职院校和谐教育的几点建议。

| 英文摘要 |
Harmonious education is the requirement of the harmonious society. Private higher vocational education is an important part of national education. So it is extremely urgent to explore a harmonious way to develop private higher vocational schools. Based on the economic and educational conditions in Fujian region, the necessity to develop harmonious education in private higher vocational schools in Fujian province is analyzed in this paper. Some suggestions of developing harmonious education in private vocational schools in Fujian are presented based on the summarization of disharmonious factors existed currently.
