中文摘要 探讨二十四式太极拳对老年人锻炼态度的影响,为老年人的体育锻炼提供科学依据。方法:在3000多名的老年人中,选取80名身体健康的和无锻炼基础的老年人作为研究对象,随机分为练习太极拳组(实验组40人)和不锻炼组(对照组40人)。结论:①二十四式太极拳对老年人锻炼态度的有效性显著;②二十四式太极拳促进他们良好的体育锻炼态度的形成与发展,对形成稳固的持久的体育锻炼态度有着极为重要的意义。
英文摘要 To investigate the 24-style Taijiquan exercise attitudes of older persons influence of physical exercise for the elderly to provide a scientific basis. Methods: In the more than 3,000 elderly people, select 80 healthy and non-training based on the elderly as research subjects were randomly divided into practice tai chi group (experimental group, 40 people) and non-exercise group (control group 40). Conclusion:①24-style Taijiquan exercise for the elderly significantly the effectiveness of attitude. ②24-style Taijiquan to promote their good attitude towards the formation of physical training and development, the formation of a solid long-lasting physical exercise attitude has a very important significance.
